Usually, we search for files on any media by the formal characteristics of an electronic document: name, date, type, etc. But it’s easy to forget all this (because we have natural, not generative intelligence;).
And here Google cloud services with its (beyond) the cloud search algorithms will come in handy as never before. Because in matters of search Google is a recognized pro.
To search for a file on Google Drive, you just need to remember at least some keywords or a text fragment. Google will find all files containing them. If the search results do not satisfy you, you can always refine the search criteria by specifying, for example, where or from whom the file came to Drive or where it can be stored.
But what is even more interesting is that Google can search for keywords or text fragments not only in text documents, but also in scanned PDF files and photographs.
